you'll notice (and if you don't, you should refresh) a few new items to the left and right of this post.
in an effort to display my laziness/patheticness to one and all, i've decided to make public everything currently programmed into my wonderful tivo dvr.
the programs listed by day are generally the shows i never miss. if i'm too tired to view all of day's programming when i get home in the wee hours, i'll generally find time in the next day or so. the programs you'll find under the "tv: daily" heading are shows for which i've got a season pass, recording every episode, every day, reruns and all. now, i don't watch every episode of these, but it's nice to be able to pick and choose.
so, there you have it: a goodly part of my existence.
and now, with only a day left before my trip to sunny florida, i'll excuse myself from here for a few days.
I'm sure you watch Anderson Cooper because he's just such a skilled newscaster. Ooooh, yes. Maybe the TV camera should do a 360 around him during the show.

i must say that i'm not a big fan of anderson's current hairstyle. it's very... mainstream newscaster. i liked the shorter, shall we say "hipper" version from his world news now days.

incidentally, i also must add this: i've never been more entertained, on a regular basis, watching a newscast than back in the day (must have been, what, 5 or 6 years ago now? more?) when anderson cooper and juju chang anchored world news now in the super-early morning.
since their respective departures, abc has made pathetic attempts to interject the same energy into this newscast, and has failed as often in its casting as mtv has in choosing its news spokespeople.
anyway. did anyone else out there watch the classic anderson/juju world news now?
